Call for Abstract: Poster Presentation

We cordially invite you to submit an Abstract for Poster Presentation at this year’s event.  The topics of the conference cover all aspect of Asian Language Processing, Including, but not limited to the listed below:

A. Speech:

B. Natural Language Processing (NLP):

Submission Guidelines

Format for Abstract

  1. All abstracts MUST be written in English.
  2. The structured abstract should NOT exceed 250 words and must include: Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Discussion/Conclusion.
  3. Abstracts must contain the following: Title, author names, affiliations, email addresses, and the IALP’25 logo.
  4. Abstract titles must be in Title Case (e.g., “Developing Machine Learning Modelling”) and clearly reflect the content.
  5. Abbreviations must be defined in parentheses after their first appearance.

Poster Display and Presentation

  1. Posters must be in Portrait A1 size (841mm height × 594mm width).
  2. Minimum font size: 20.
  3. Participants are responsible for printing their posters and bringing materials (e.g., removable double-sided tape) for mounting.
  4. Posters must be mounted on designated panels near the conference hall between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM on 5th August 2025.
  5. The poster evaluation session is from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on 5th August 2025. Posters must remain up throughout the conference and be removed by 12:00 PM on 6th August 2025. Any posters not removed by 3:00 PM will be disposed of by the organisers.
  6. Three Best Poster Awards will be presented based on judges’ evaluations.
  7. All accepted abstracts will receive a certificate of participation.
  8. Presentations will be assessed on content accuracy, delivery, and poster layout/design.
