Introduction

The International Journal of Asian Language Processing (IJALP) is a journal published by The Chinese and Oriental Languages Information Processing Society (COLIPS). It was first published in 1991 when it was known as Communications of COLIPS (later Journal of Chinese Language and Computing). Since 2009, it has been published under its current name. 30 volumes have been published till 2020.

Starting from 2020, the IJALP journal has been jointly published by COLIPS and World Scientific Publishing (WSP). World Scientific Publishing is one of the leading academic and professional publishers in the world, and the largest international scientific publisher in the Asia-Pacific region. It publishes a wide range of scientific books. Its publications have been widely used by many top universities internationally. One of the famous publication series is the Nobel Lectures.
