Both journal and conference papers which were accepted or published between 1 January 2022 to 31 July 2023 are eligible to be included. The submission\/nomination deadline is 4 September 2023.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All the received submissions will be briefly reviewed by the organizers based on the relevance of research topics, quality of the work, etc. and the shortlisted submissions will be invited for oral presentation at the Forum. A review panel which consists of at least 3 experts in the research field will assess the technical quality of the work as well as the oral presentation performance.
