Springer LNAI Volume: The ISCSLP 2006 conference proceedings published by Springer in its Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence (LNAI) series.
Companion Volume: The conference proceedings consisting of the papers that are not included in Springer LNAI Volume.
CSLP Book: A book "Advances in Chinese Spoken Language Processing" edited by Chin-Hui Lee, Haizhou Li, Lin-shan Lee, Ren-Hua Wang and Qiang Huo, published by World Scientific. (http://www.worldscibooks.com/compsci/6192.html).
The conference additional publications are provided at a discounted price. Book orders are guaranteed only if they are placed together with earlybird registration. Subsequent book orders are subject to the availability of the first print. The books will be available directly from Springer and World Scientific (Amazon.com) at a list price.
Student registration does not include Springer LNAI Volume and CSLP book. However, registered students can purchase the two books at 50% discounted rate.
All fees are in Singapore Dollars(S$), 1 US Dollar = 1.58 Singapore Dollar as of June 12, 2006.
Registration receipts will be issued during the conference at the registration desk.
In order to register at the IEEE/ISCA member's rate, the participant must be an IEEE member or ISCA member at the time of the event.

2. ISCSLP 2006 Hong Kong Student Grant

The ISCSLP 2006 Hong Kong Student Grant is sponsored by the SIG-CLSP-HK. The funds originate from the Organizing Committee of ISCSLP 2004 in held Hong Kong. The student grant aims to encourage and sponsor Hong Kong students who work in the areas of spoken language processing to participate into the forthcoming ISCSLP 2006. This is a cash grant, with a fixed dollar amount. Candidates must be pursuing a postgraduate degree at any of the universities in Hong Kong. A written application should be sent, with the recommendation of the student's thesis supervisor, to Prof. P.C. Ching, Chairman of the ISCSLP 2004 Organizing Committee (pcching@ee.cuhk.edu.hk).

3. Registration Instructions

All participants need to register online. However, payment can be made either online by credit card or by other means (bank draft, wire transfer).

The following are the instructions for registration and payment:

Before online registration:
- If you are going to register as IEEE or ISCA member, please get ready your member number. You may check your ISCA Member number here.
- If you plan to make payment online, please get ready your credit card. We accept VISA and Master cards.
Online registration steps:
- Go to the online registration system and enter your registration details.
- Confirm your registration detail.
- Print the page "Confirmation of Payment Amount".
- If you pay by credit card, please follow the instructions to make payment online.
After online registration: Please send us the following

The printed page "Confirmation of Payment Amount". (if you did not pay online).
Bank draft/cheque (if pay this way).
Photocopy of the bank slip (if you pay by wire transfer).
Proof of student identity (if you register as a student).
Photocopy of O-COCOSDA 2006 registration confirmation letter (if you register as O-COCOSDA participant).

Please take note of the deadlines of each registration phase. Please make sure your payment will reach us within the registration phase. Otherwise, the date when we receive your payment will be considered as your registration date.
A registration is considered complete after both online registration is finished and payment is received by the conference.
As we have two conferences during the same period, please indicate clearly that your documents and payment are for "ISCSLP 2006".

6. Cancellation Policy

No refund will be possible, but we will allow the registration to be transferred to another name. Note also that the additional charge is payable if one registration is transferred from one person to another that incurs higher registration rate.
