- The length of each paper presentation will be
15 minutes, including
time for Q&A. Posters should be A0 size (80cm (31 in) in width and
110cm (43 in) in height
is preferred.)

giving keynote speeches at the conference.
- The final paper submission system is opened and
the authors must submit the modified camera
ready paper by 30 Sep, 2019.
- All the accepted papers will be published and
indexed by the IEEE Xplore digital library, and
submitted for EI indexed.
- High quality research papers will be selected
and recommended to publish in ACM/IEEE
Transactions.
