Call for Pitch Competition Proposals: 5th SPS Entrepreneurship Forum at ICASSP 2026
We invite ICASSP attendees and early-stage companies to join us for an exciting Startup Pitch Competition!
The IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) is calling for proposals for the Pitch Competition, held as part of the SPS Entrepreneurship Forum at ICASSP 2026. This one-day event, taking place before the main conference, aims to foster entrepreneurship and innovation within the signal processing and information technology community.

The Pitch Competition showcases innovative early-stage startups in acoustics, speech, and signal processing, highlighting the next generation of signal processing entrepreneurs and helping them reach the market faster by connecting them with experts, partners, and investors. It will be a key event of the Entrepreneurship Forum, to be held in Barcelona, Spain, on Monday, 4 May 2026.
Participants are invited to submit a pitch video proposal (no longer than 5 minutes) by 2 March 2026 via this portal. Your pitch should clearly describe the value proposition of your startup, including who your customers are and how your product meets their needs.
The top five pitches will be selected to present live at the Entrepreneurship Forum on Monday, 4 May 2026, at the Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB), Spain.
