Please prepare your slides based on this timeframe.<\/p><p><strong>Online Presentation:<\/strong> The duration of some approved online oral presentations is the same as in-person presentations. However, the authors must prepare a presentation video in advance and upload the video before the conference. The duration of the presentation video should be 10-12 minutes.<\/p><h2>Poster Presentation<\/h2><p><strong>In-person presentation:<\/strong> For in-person poster presentations, authors must prepare a poster in advance and bring it to the conference. The recommended poster size is A1, and the recommended orientation is landscape.<\/p><p><strong>Online Presentation:<\/strong> For the approved online presentation of the poster papers, the authors must prepare a presentation video in advance and upload the video before the conference. The duration of the presentation video should be about 5 minutes. No poster needs to be made for online presentation authors.<\/p><h2>Video Preparation and Upload<\/h2><p>Please take note of the following instructions when uploading your video files:<\/p><ul><li>We recommend recording your video presentations using Zoom, Tencent Meeting, or Microsoft Powerpoint.<\/li><li>The duration of the video for an oral presentation should not be more than 12 minutes, while the duration of a poster paper should not be more than 5 minutes.<\/li><li>Video specification: mp4 format, file size&lt;100MB, aspect ratio 16:9 preferred, minimum height 480 pixels, showing the presenter\u2019s face in a small window.<\/li><li>Please name your file in the following format: \u201cPaperID_FirstAuthor_PaperTitle.mp4\u201d, where the paper title can be the first few words of your title.<\/li><li>Please upload a new file if you want to update your video.
