由于大陆参加者集中到达（6月12号晚上8∶20分），组委会准备租一辆车去接机，如果有接近时间到达的其他参加者，也欢迎搭乘。
到达新加坡樟宜机场后，到旅馆最方便的办法是搭乘出租车，价格大约20新币。从机场出发的出租车有一个额外收费（3元或5元）。这里的出租车一般比较安全舒适，请放心使用。另外您也可以搭乘MRT，到City Hall下车，然后再搭乘出租车到达旅馆。
We have arranged for a coach to bring you from the hotel where you stay to the conference venue. The bus will depart half an hour before the conference begins.
开会期间，组委会每天早上安排一辆汽车从Robertson Quay Hotel出发到达开会地点，出发时间是早上8:30。下午开完会，有一辆汽车从开会地点到达Robertson Quay Hotel，时间是下午6:00。
MRT Services from Robertson Quay: If you stay in Robertson Quay and miss the coach specially arranged for the conference, you can also take MRT from North East Line Clark Quay Station to the Buona Vista or Clementi Station and follow by a bus service. However, you need to walk about 10 minutes along Singapore River from the Robertson Quay Hotel to the Clark Quay Station. Ask the hotel staff for direction. Take one of the following buses: 95, 96, 96A, 151, 151A., if available.
Bus from Robertson Quay to NUS Conference Venue: You have to walk 2-3 minutes to Clemenceau Ave for bus services. The bus services are 64,123,139 and 143. Unfortunately, there is no direct bus service to NUS. You need to change the bus a number of times and it takes up a lot of time.It will therefore be much better to call a taxi from the hotel.
您可以从MRT Clementi站搭乘96路公共汽车或者从MRT Bouna Vista站搭乘95路公共汽车到达。
Bus from Cophtrone Orchid to NUS Conference Venue: Take 95, 96, 96A, 151, 151A to NUS. The internal bus within NUS is free. The conference hotel is serviced by bus 67, 151, 153, 154, 156, 170, 171, 186, 540 (along Bukit Timah Road) and 66, 66B, 67,151,153,154,156,170,171,186 (along Dunearn Road). You may take bus 151 to move between the hotel and the conference venue. The trip from hotel to NUS takes 30-40 minutes.
Taxi: You may call your taxi from hotel. While you are in the university, you may call taxi along Lower Kent Ridge or Kent Ridge Crescent. It is the easiest if you take the taxi at the main entrance of National University Hospital. The trip takes about 20-30 minutes.

NUS: There is a restaurant just next the conference room. You may visit one of the student's canteens to taste the local food. As usual, the lunch time is often very busy and you may have to queue for 10-20 minutes for your food. There are plenty of good hawker stalls provide delicious local food near your hotel.
We provide a morning and afternoon teas and snacks and buffet lunches for the three day meeting. Please inform us if you have special needs in food. We do not provide dinners. However, in our Malaysia trip, all three meals are included. 开会期间，组委会每天提供两个茶点和中餐，晚餐请诸位与会者自行到各式各样的Foot Center 或是巴刹享受各种本地食品。一般为5元新币以下。
如果有些受资助者已经交了费用，请在第一天的登记时间找张民先生处理。Please obtain your receipts from Dr Zhang Min on the first day of the meeting during registration.
由于时间较有宽余，组委会也计划也分配时间给原计划为Poster的文章，详细时程表见附件。
