The conference fee includes daily morning and afternoon teas, buffet lunch, conference dinner, conference kits including the conference proceedings, and the attending of conference. We generally expect you to stay in the conference hotel. However, if this is not possible, due to the shortage of rooms or other special reasons, a second hotel will be arranged. In that case, we will provide free bus service to bring you from this hotel to the conference hotel and back every day during the conference.
The conference fee does not cover the international telephone calls, use of computer, hotel charges and travel from Changi International Air-port to conference site. We also do not cover the preparation of OHP slides. Please prepare them before coming to Singapore. We provide computer projects for power point slide shows but without the computer. Please bring your own notebook to be connected to the project. The power supply in Singapore is 230V. We are using 3-pins square plugs. Bring an universal plug converter if your plug is of different sizes. We also highly recommend that all foreign participants obtain their own medical insurance before coming to Singapore.

Examples:
1. If you attend only the main conference in Singapore, you pay an early bird registration fee of S$120 for COLIPS members and S$170 for non-members, for the three day meeting, food including morning and afternoon refreshment, buffet lunch and proceedings. Your package is C.
2. If you attend the main conference and the workshop in Malaysia, you pay an early bird fee of S$120+180=S$300 for COLIPS members and S$350 for non-members. You will share a room with another participant when you are in Malaysia. Your package is TW. This package cover the main conference, workshop, tour, all meals (except dinners in Singapore)
You may register as a member of COLIPS and enjoy the special members' rate. Check and register from our official website at www.colips.org.
Cash Payment: You may come personally to our office to make cash payment. Make sure that you obtain a receipt from our officer. You may pay us in Singapore dollars or any currency that is acceptable by us.
Cheque and Bank Draft: Make your cheque/bank draft payable to COLIPS and send it to the our office. If you directly deposit cash or cheque to our account, please send us a photocopy of your bank slip or cheque/bank draft to us for us to verify. Ask for a receipt from us.
Credit Card Payment. We are not ready to accept payment from credit card for this meeting.
Bank Remittance. Please send your payment into the following account: Account No: 032-001897-1, Account Name:COLIPS. Our bank is at address: Development Bank of Singapore, Bouna Vista Branch, Blk 43, Holland Drive #01-53/59, Singapore 270043 . Remember to tell your bank to include your name, not your institute as payee. Send the photocopy of the bank slip to us for verification and confirmation. Ask for a receipt from us.
Payment by credit cards: to be arranged.
In all the above cases, please include an invoice from us. This invoice can be downloaded from the on-line registration web page.
In cases where you have made payment to the conference but unable to attend the conference because of expected events, you may ask for a full refund. We will subtract the amount with S$80 administrative and bank charges if it is one month before the conference. Only half of the amount you paid (minus S$80) will be refunded to you if it is 15 days before the conference. No refund will be possible if request comes within 15 days of the conference.
