The conference fee includes daily morning and afternoon teas, buffet lunch, conference dinner, conference kits including the conference proceedings, and the attending of both O-COCOSDA2003 and PACLIC17 coneferences. Daily shuttle transfers between the conference hotel and Jardine Steps of World Trade Centre will also be provided free during the conference period.
The conference fee does not cover the international telephone calls, use of computer, hotel charges and travel from Changi International Air-port to conference site. We also do not cover the preparation of OHP slides. Please prepare them before coming to Singapore. We provide computer projects for power point slide shows but without the computer. Please bring your own notebook to be connected to the project. The power supply in Singapore is 230V. We are using 3-pins square plugs. Bring an universal plug conveter if your plug is of different sizes. We also highly recommend that all foreign participants obtain their own medical insurance before coming to Singapore.

Conference Sponsorship: There will be a lmited number of sponsorships of Singapore S$800 per person to support students and young researchers who are not supported by their own institutes. They must be the author of an accepted paper. Please apply to the conference chair on or before 1 August 2003*. In your letter of application, please give detailed reasons to explain why you are not sponsored by your institute and the title of the paper accepted. Send the hard copy of your application signed by you and and your supervisor verifying your statement to Associate Professor K T Lua, School of Computing, National University of Singapore, 3 Science Drive 2, Singapore 117543.
